Renters must be 25 years of age or older. There is no maximum age limit.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

No. Vehicles may be booked back-to-back based on availability.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We do not currently offer discounts or promotional pricing. Our rates are designed to remain competitive and transparent year-round.

Is a security deposit required?

No security deposit is required at this time.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

The minimum rental period is one (1) week. Please contact us directly for extended rental requests based on availability.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

Standard local sales tax and applicable fees are applied to all rentals and are clearly itemized prior to confirmation.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Each rental includes 200 miles per day.
Additional mileage is charged at $0.38 per mile.

What are your standard business hours?

Our business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Vehicle delivery is available for a flat fee of $75. Please contact us in advance to coordinate delivery details.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-ups and returns are typically scheduled during business hours. However, accommodations may be available upon request.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Custom deliveries are not currently scheduled beyond the standard delivery option.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes. Pick-ups and returns outside of business hours are permitted with prior coordination.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

At this time, there are no additional requirements beyond the terms outlined in your rental agreement.

Do you offer additional equipment or services?

No additional equipment or services are currently offered.
The only standard additional fee is the $75 vehicle delivery fee, when applicable.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Mileage exceeding the daily allowance is charged at $0.38 per mile.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

There is no fee for an additional driver, provided they meet the rental qualifications and are listed on the agreement.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll charges, violations, and related fees incurred during the rental period.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

A cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle is returned with excessive mess, stains, or abnormal dirtiness requiring additional detailing.
